Return and Refund Policy for ASORTEDHOME LTD

Thank you for shopping with us at echohome.co. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns

Eligibility:You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:Certain products such as customized or personalized items, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.

Return Process:To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@echohome.co with your order details. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization if applicable.


2. Refunds

Processing Refunds:Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refund Method:Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs:Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

5. International Orders

For international shipments, please be aware that customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
